Self-Care at Home

Our day to day lives stands still while we are in the middle of the global health crisis i.e. the Coronavirus. To prevent the spread of the virus and get to the other end, we all are staying home and practising social distancing. This is a hard time and we will get through this together. What’s important is to make sure that you do not get into the fear or panic and do your best to stay calm and be safe. Since, staying at home is the best thing to do, why not to utilise this time as an opportunity to take good care of yourself.

Self-care is something that we always think of, but many of us are unable to incorporate it into our daily routine as we are too busy with other things. Use this time as a chance for self-care and self-reflection. Explore and learn more about yourself. Nourish yourself. Here are a few ways how you can practice self-care at home:

1. Create your own home beauty regimen and set a routine

2. Meditate and breathe

By worrying or panicking, we aren’t helping ourselves. To stabilise your mood, meditate at least twice a day. 3. Exercise and stay active
