To prevent the spread of the virus and get to the other end, we all are staying home and practising social distancing. This is a hard time and we will get through this together. What’s important is to make sure that you do not get into the fear or panic and do your best to stay calm and be safe. Since, staying at home is the best thing to do, why not to utilise this time as an opportunity to take good care of yourself.
