Hi, my name is Nadia. I am a wife, first-time Mumma, and the proud founder of Winowin Consulting. Based in Australia, we are serving clients worldwide and were awarded as a Finalist in the 2020 Ausmumpreneur Awards.
Winowin Consulting was established in January 2019, following the birth of my son as I wanted the flexibility to be able to work around my family life and ambitions for developing a successful business. Initially, it felt like an overwhelming challenge to establish a business whilst raising a child. There were a lot of question marks. Stressed and worried about how I was going to balance work and family, I chose to harness over a decade of experience and create my own business. My decision allowed me to follow my passion and have that perfect life where I am able to work and see my baby grow in front of my eyes at the same time.
As a mumpreneur, I believe it is important to love what you do and be passionate about your life. This balance creates a positive energy that reflects the progress we have made.
My recipe for success is to work together with my family, instead of juggling to keep family and work life separate. I work from my home office with my baby assistant. Every day is a rollercoaster ride for us, but I just love what I do and the flexibility it gives to enable me to spend more time with my son.
I am a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA Affiliate). I have worked as an educationist for more than a decade. Later, I successfully transitioned into the corporate world and took managerial responsibilities of building relationships, redefining and streamlining internal business processes, and achieving the desired impact in terms of outstanding customer experience, brand building, and growth. My skills and comprehensive experience in leadership, management, and accounting has allowed me to build a network of entrepreneurs and executives from around the world.
I have seen a lot of businesses, especially SMEs and start-ups struggling with issues relating to staff productivity, business administration, customer experience, and brand building. Due to their size and limited budget, these businesses are often unable to hire a skilled and experienced workforce to resolve such issues.
I created Winowin Consulting to bring a unique skillset to SMEs and start-ups and enrich their business through a one-on-one collaborative relationship of ongoing professional virtual support.
